Hi, I am Jenna a functional nutritionist with a background in body composition and personal training. When I started using the gym, I was apprehensive about bulking up, but I was drawn to weightlifting nonetheless. Blame it on my PCOS! However, therein lay a challenge: while I could easily gain muscle, shedding fat was a different story. So, I resorted to extensive cardio sessions, logging in 10 kilometers daily just to keep trim. Exhausting, right?
Fast forward several years, armed with a deeper understanding of the body's mechanics, I cracked the code on why some women bulk up and how to counter it. I learned the art of lifting heavier weights to boost strength and metabolism without adding bulk to my frame. I mastered sculpting the areas I wanted (hello, peach!) without bulking up my waist. With this newfound knowledge, the gym transformed into my sanctuary—a place to build strength, relieve stress, and sculpt my physique.
And guess what? The same principles apply to my clients. I've yet to meet a female client who doesn't aspire to a firmer, shapelier behind, a trimmer waist, and a lean physique without the bulk.
This is my Go-To workout to get in my best shape, and I'm sharing it with you as many people have requested it.

This workout is intermediate to advanced, but I have shared regressions and progressions for relevant exercises.
